My baby loved it!

I rented it for my baby when she was 3 months old. She loved the attractive bird that was right in the middle of the overhead bar. She will 'talk' to it and smile happily. When she got excited, she kicked her legs. That rocked the seat gently and the rattles moved. That was also fun. The rattles can be pulled to make the bird spin. It was exciting for her to see her 'friend' dancing with the music. She was not strong enough to pull the rattles so the continuous play mode for music was useful. She enjoyed batting the rattles because they made different sounds. The orange carrot was her favourite as there is a bell inside which makes a nice tinkling sound. She also practised grasping by holding and pulling the links below the rattles. The detachable overhead bar made the toy more versatile. Without the bar, she could still stay safely strapped in the seat while I get other toys for her or read to her. Then she didn't have to lie down all day. She got a better view of the surrounding and played better as she learnt to hold things and looked at picture cards or books. After some time, she began to observe the pictures on the seat by leaning backward sideways. I guess that's why they have nice prints on their seat. Babies are observing and learning all the time, everywhere.
